I started my career as a Senior Practitioner in a Day Nursery working with children aged three months to five years. I worked alongside parents and Management to enable the right care for each individual child. Having dealt with Parent’s/Customer’s needs I have been able to bring my customer service skills into my role as a Client Resourcer: as the team tell me, working with Adults is in comparison going to be easy.

 

I joined Merit in February 2014 as a Client Resourcer. I enjoy working at Merit because I am always learning new skills which I can use to better myself in my career as a Client Resourcer. The Merit team work brilliantly together to provide a great service for Candidates and Clients, I am very happy to be part of such a great team.
