Merit Recruitment began life in 1987 in Basingstoke, Hampshire, set up as a boutique, independent recruitment agency which to this day we still are.  We are still in the same location, but service clients small and large, local and international.  People really are at the heart of our business, which is why working with the brand means guaranteed solutions, a true passion for customer service, innovation, and delivery in a cost effective and professional way.
