During my 2 years at Alton College, I knew that going to university just wasn’t for me, so once I had completed my final A Level exams, I started my search for full time work.

Having gained customer service skills from my previous job, I knew I was able to bring the skills I had learnt into my role at Merit Recruitment. 

Being a people person, I liked the sound of working in recruitment and being able to help and assist people when finding a new job. Also because I’m a leader in the scouting association, it’s my natural instinct to want to give back to the community which I think helps me in this industry.

 

I joined Merit in July 2014 and have enjoyed everything about it so far. Every day seems to bring new challenges and more things to learn which allows me to broaden my knowledge all the time.
