Site-Based Support Service
MWRC have been providing a Site-Based Support Service to its Clients for over a decade. Originally designed to support and then replace an HR function of a long term Client which now enables MWRC to provide a manpower management service from its Clients own premises. We use our own Cloud Based System, designed to be fully transparent and manage Risk through on line timesheets, billings, candidate and client portals and full supply chain traceability . This model has another added advantage of complementing our client’s planning function by enabling them to the workforce’s shift patterns and working time.
As a result MWRC is able to provide a cost affective efficient service, with cost savings passed on to Clients via competitive pricing.
With some Clients our Site-Based teams will also be responsible for; managing performance targets, implementation of HR procedures, second tier supplier management, and Health & Safety procedures.
We understand that one size does not fit all but what does is our ability to save Management resource to enable them to focus on the core activities of their business.

For many of our clients our site-based recruitment model is at the cornerstone of their long term employment strategy. This model typically involves a MWRC consultant working at your site for a set number of hours each week, managing your agency usage and demand.
