Site-Based Support Service
MWRC have been providing a Site-Based Support Service to its Clients for over a decade. Originally designed to support and then replace an ailing HR function of a long term Client. It has now developed into a much broader service ,which complements many of our Clients request for a more in-depth involvement in the recruitment and management of their agency Manpower. The site-based support service is an additional service, which often benefits both MWRC and its Clients. This model enables MWRC to provide a recruitment service from its Clients own premises, which reduces the need for multiple high street office which are traditionally associated with the recruitment industry. Advances in technology have aided this service and reduced the impact on the quality of applicants . As a result MWRC is able to provide a cost affective efficient service, with cost savings past on to Clients via competitive pricing. However, the benefits do not stop there. The Site-Based Support Service also allows your recruitment team to have an in-depth knowledge of your vacancy, recruitment strategy, processors and culture. As a result of this partnership approach our Clients have been able to attract and retain the best and most suitable candidates for there business.
What differentiates MWRC site based support service to others, is the depth of involvement we have in the manpower management of our Clients workforce. It is common for MWRC Site-based teams to not only manage the search and selection element, however we are often heavily involved in the planning and scheduling of manpower usage. With some Clients our Site-Based teams will also be responsible for; managing performance targets, implementation of HR procedures, second tier supplier management, and Health & Safety procedures. However each Client will have its own individually requirements for the Site-Based Support Service and not two models will be identical. The only common thread between each Clients model is the time saved by each Client’s management team to focus on the core activities of there business.
