​I started my career in UK in 2006 in Hospitality industry as a Chef within six months being promoted to a Head chef and a Kitchen Manager positions. Couple of years after I met with one of the Merit recruitment team in Basingstoke and didn’t wait long for the first job offer.  Which was the Accuracy Auditor role at J Sainsbury’s Distribution Centre in Basingstoke.  In 2010 I was given the real career opportunity as a recruitment Consultant In Merit Group. As a consultant I have learned a lot about candidates and client relationships and In 2011 I was promoted to a site manager position at MWRC and given the opportunity to work with one of the biggest clients.

As a site manager I Performance manage a flexible workforce within Supply Chain, liaise with both clients and candidates on a regular basis to develop new business opportunities though sales and marketing activities. I ensure the company achieves its financial targets and remains compliant to industry and statutory legislation and guidelines, whilst exceeding the client KPI’s.

I was asked why I continue with the Merit Group and have to say it’s because for me, every day is an opportunity to find the most effective, productive and efficient solutions for our clients and our candidates –   this is why I enjoy my time at Merit very much as I believe this credo will drive me and the company to the success.   We never give up!
