I joined the Merit Team in February 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant having graduated last summer in Accounting and Finance BA from Bangor University.
Having previously worked in customer service roles in both the retail and hospitality industry I already had an idea of what it meant to serve the customer’s needs. I have been able to integrate this into my role as a Consultant by liaising between the client and the candidate to ensure that both parties are happy with the service that MWRC is providing. My role involves the day to day monitoring and updating of any administrative compliance that is required to meet the strict legislation as well as the recruitment of temporary workers for our key clients.
Having been asked what it is I enjoy most about this role I can safely say that it is the way in which the Merit Team works collectively to provide a high class service for both the client and candidate, whoever they may be. No two days are the same!
